At Tomi & Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Below is our refund and return policy, outlining how to request a refund or return, and the conditions for eligible refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at suntomiris2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain products such as perishable goods, custom items, or clearance sale items are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at suntomiris2020@gmail.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at suntomiris2020@gmail.com.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for returns and refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
